European banks shipping coin rolls internationally??

I would like to ask if you know any European banks that ship commemorative coin rolls abroad.

I have already checked this forum and several national bank websites, but I cannot find any that offer international shipping for coin rolls at face value.

Does anyone have experience buying rolls directly from a bank, or know which banks offer international shipping?

I've checked the Hungarian Mint and although they ship commemorative coin rolls abroad (this or this for example), I wouldn't recommend it. Their prices are highway robbery, 5-3 times the face value (in Forint, it's just 4-2.5 times if you pay in euro for some reason…). Plus shipping, which starts from 28 € inside the EU and from 128 € outside.

I guess an easy way to have spares to swap is to exchange full rolls with other users…
