Israel Coin and Medal

I have this coin/medal. I was told it was a coin but I think it is probably a medal or token. It is from Israel. Here are the pictures. Thanks in advance.

I would say medal as there is no value on.

Citeerthat quote on the obverse is from Isaiah 43:6 , and translates: Bring My sons from afar And My daughters from the ends of the earth

   That is the website (with the page for your item) of the place that made them.  
It has loads of information (Copper/nickel  30mm  13gm  80,000 mintage) on that page (on three tabs), and your item is:  Greeting Token, 5738-1978  and  Price: $0.00  does not mean it is free but it has sold out now. The same dove image was used nine years earlier by them on an El Al airline medal of 1969.
