Russia 10 Roubles note on eBay: real or fake?

This is currently on eBay but I can't find a record of it anywhere:

Are these real or overprints done unofficially?

The serial numbers look suspicious to me, possibly these were regular 10 Roubles notes from the same stack, then overprinted after.

I just found these from a different seller:

I believe these are private overprints - home made. As you can see, they only did them on cheap note.
