Malaysia 50 Sen 2006 - does it exist ??

Just wondering if the 50 Sen 2006 coin exist.. 
It's an empty spot in my album, but it seems it will never be filled.. 
According the catalog there should be roughly 19,5 million minted.. 

So i was searching a bit around on the internet, and it seems to be a ‘ghost’ coin..
My suggestion is to put the line on:  “to be confirmed” .

They are probably on the right track.

Based on the frequencies we see on numista, I don't trust Malaysia's listed mintages at all. If the numbers were accurate, you would see 1998 and 2005 more often than every other date put together. With that said, I will believe 2006 exists when I see one.
