Actually, you could have found it in the Numista catalog by just typing the date ١٤١٣ in the search window (using special keyboard).

It is an Egyptian coin dated AH1413 (1992).

As you also asked for a value - not sure where to look generally, but as mentioned on previous post there are five on you-know-where that have 'Buy It Now' for £1.28 / 1.77 / 1.28 / 1.92 / 2.24
but again condition is important.
I too would like to know an internet place to get prices from - other than physical catalogues.
