2 and 1 euro cent Malta 2013

Were there only 35,000 made of these coins? Numista says that they can only be found in sets, but I have found two 2 cent coins and one 1 cent from 2013. I'd appreciate it very much if anyone helped.

35,000 is the total mint set amount. No circulating coin. If you found a circulating coin it must have been taken from a broken set.

Unless these were rolls made to be later incorporated into sets.. and later got hijacked?

Just checked the files and seems I was wrong. 35 000 is the right amount of coin sets. However finally found that millions on coins were minted as well. Check the 1 euro cent and 2 euro cents files of Malta, you'll find 11 million coins of 1 cent and 7.5 million coins of 2 cents.

There seems to be some ommission in the catalogue for the 2013 50 euro cent as well.
It says that they were made for sets only and I also have rolls of them.

Ask Florino for a request, however full mintage amount seems unavailable for 50 euro cents.
