That one's not too bad, it looks like the mounts have been welded onto the edge of the coin, you should be able to remove it without causing too much damage to those horribly polished coins, the New Guinea one they've drilled holes in coins that already had holes in them.

The Rhodesian coins are interesting. They're well-made and I would love to find an orphaned, brightly painted coin like that in the bulk coin bin... and the colours all look like they are based on actual, historical designs. If they can find boring 20c coins and sell them for $5, more power to them...
I hate to see the old American coins butchered to make pendants (saying that I've bought one myself) but it's a waste of a perfectly good coin by drilling them.
