Is this a non-restrike?

I don't know much about them, but I would guess it was an older restrike. I think the X after the date indicates a restrike.
No, it is a restrike.

The key is the phrase "ARCHID.AVST.DUX" - non-restrikes will read "ARCHID.AUST.DUX".

However, with that wear it could be a fairly old restrike, from a time when these coins were legal tender all over the world. Nowadays they are mostly confined to their pretty Austrian Mint coin-cards.

Here's a link comparing genuine 1780 strikes (which are very very rare and expensive) and a modern restrike:

The saltire (X) is the same symbol on Scotland's flag and is found on both original MTT and restrikes.

This is a very nice website for someone interested in Maria Theresia Thalers!
I am your referee for the coins from the Czech Republic, Czechoslovakia and Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia
Odd...
It has no SF, but it must be modern...
