Date

Can someone help me find out the date of this coin?
It's a Charles II crown.





It's one of the following:

Looks kind of like it has the Elephant mintmark on the front.

Try taking it out of the 2X2 and reading the edge if its not to worn
the date is on the reverse as well it looks to me like it might be a 16 68 although the 16 is comletely gone
and I am really not sure of the 68

I've got nothing on this one.

On another note though, you really should check the "Upload as thumbnail" box when putting pictures on here.  Most of the time you post a picture, only half of it is visible without scrolling over.  Personally, I don't even read most posts at that point.

In this condition that you can barely read the date, I wouldn't buy this coin above scrap value.
