Pretty sure these are telephone tokens but can anyone provide a little more info?

I have a Chinese token with a very similar style to these, but in the central circle are the letters "TL" for Tongli Corporation. Sadly I don't have any more information about it, I had to post it on this forum to even identify it correctly.
