Budapest market hall?

Can anyone tell me what is this?
Made of aluminum, 25 mm in diameter.
Thanks - Uri

This looks like some token from Budapest.

All I could find was the following:

BUÉK is short for “Boldog Új évet kívánok” (Hungarian)
This means  ”I wish you a Happy New Year”
Vásárcsarnok = Central Market

So it is some New Years token used on the Budapest Central market in 1949. I guess you already new this much though. :)
Correct, Spookie,

It is a lucky token, issued by one of the "Közp.Vásárcsarnok" i.e. "Central Market Hall" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Market_Hall_%28Budapest%29) sellers in 1949.

The seller's name is Ferenc Lauer (no clue what he sells ;) ) but he was selling in "Booth #53"

These happy new year luck tokens were pretty popular back then (and still in Austria)

The pig and the chimney-cleaner somehow are typical symbols of luck in Hungarian culture, so most of them have this motive, or the four-leaved-clover and the horseshoe.

Would you add it to Numista, if you have a picture of it, please!
