Need your help again. :)
Google usualy helps me but I feel trapped with this one.
I think it's a commemorative coin from France - can you point me with a link or name .. or maybe value ?

  It can not be a coin, as there is no denomination. It is a medallion issued in 1840 to commemorate the 10-year anniversary since the 1830 dates.  :)

1830 "AUX HEROS MORTS EN DEFENDANT LES LOIS"
and this was the first result ...
