El Salvador 1 Colon 1993-1999 vs 1988-1999

How can I determine the correct ID of my El Salvador 1995 1 Colon. One time falls in the 1988-1999 date range, stainless steel, reeded edge while the other type is nickel clad steel, no edge description. size and weight is very similar. Can I see a difference?

Check with a magnet:
The stainless steel is not magnetic.
The nickel clad steel is magnetic.

NO! Both should be magnetic one, but if it is from 1995 then it is made of Nickel clad Steel.
