Unknown coin

Hi guys and gals - just adding more coins to our collection. But have come to a halt on one coin we can't find anything for. Dad think is it sorta looks Chinese hence the dragon; could be wrong. Here's front and back the coin it's af the (tails) side of the coins is upside down to the obverse.

It's from Iran, but what the weight and diameter. They're many coins like this one, some silver, some not.
