Citeer: numismaticroy... or translate the legends for me
ΠΑΥΛΙΝΑ  =  PAYLINA
ΣΕΒΑΣΤΟΥ  =  SEVASTI
ΑΔΕΛΦΗ  =  SISTER

ΗΜΩΝ  =  OUR
ΚΑΛΗ  =  GOOD
ΒΑΣΙΛΕΥΕ  =  RULE

                              PAYLINA SEVASTI SISTER    OUR GOOD RULE
 Used the Search on here with Greek alphabet, then Google translator. Hope I got the letters right.  :)

 The reverse image looks like the famous Three Graces. Yes - here is an eBay recent Sold listing ...

 which further down that page agrees with the translation.

 Also now found this page, which shows yours and a similar style token, so may be part of a series ...

:)    I already added to my reply before I saw the other replies, as I had also found this ...

 so may be others similar, like a series of different ones.
Yours is of Princess Paulina Borghese and is a miniature Bronze Medal, by Andrieu (1808).

 Found this as well ...
http://www.sixbid.com/browse.html?auction=475&category=10412&lot=487434
In French: Pauline Bonaparte (1780-1825), née Paolina, princesse française, était la deuxième fille de Charles-Marie Bonaparte et de Maria-Létizia Ramolino, et sœur de Napoléon Bonaparte.

 This has a translation ...
http://www.cngcoins.com/Coin.aspx?CoinID=212713
that HMΩN KAΛH BAΣIΛEYE = O, beautiful one, be our queen

 Here is an 1813 silver version ...
http://collections.vam.ac.uk/item/O128530/princess-pauline-borghese-medal-andrieu-bertrand/
 and they say 'This medal, together with five others was issued by the Paris Mint between 1808 and 1813, and all are based on ancient Greek coins, offering an insight into the 'after life' of commemorative medals.'

 So maybe there was a different medal issued each year, 1808 1809 1810 1811 1812 1813, as
there were six of them. Two shown in a link above, and I wonder what the other four were like ?!

EDIT: That other one is also shown on here (in silver again) ...
http://collections.vam.ac.uk/item/O128504/queen-hortense-medal-andrieu-bertrand/
 and shows Hortense Bonaparte (née de Beauharnais), Queen Consort of Holland (1783-1837), the wife of Louis Bonaparte, King of Holland.

 Here is number three of six ...
http://collections.vam.ac.uk/item/O128496/visit-by-the-empress-marie-medal-andrieu-bertrand/
 and shows the visit to the Paris mint of Empress Marie-Louise (1791-1847), Archduchess of Austria and wife of Napoleon, following the Emperor's divorce from Josephine.

 Number four ...
http://collections.vam.ac.uk/item/O128536/princesse-eliza-medal-dominique-vivant-denon/
 and shows Princess Eliza (Maria-Anna).

 Number five ...
http://collections.vam.ac.uk/item/O128441/queen-caroline-of-naples-medal-unknown/
 and shows Queen Caroline of Naples.

 Though number six I cannot find. Those links with  vam  in are Victoria & Albert Museum in UK.
So they are French medals, which happen to have Greek inscriptions.  :)

 Maybe number six is Josephine, of course. I found a site that listed four of the small medals ...
http://www.angelfire.com/me/Napoleon/bigiex.htm
 and under the year 1814 are >

176. Marie Louise. (B1030)
177. reverse. Marie Louise visits the Medal Mint.

178. Princess Pauline Borghese. (B771)
Second sister of the Emperor. 179. reverse. The three Graces, with this inscription in
 Greek: 'May she always reign over us'.

180. Princess Caroline. (B773)
Third sister of the Emperor.
181. reverse, types of the ancient coins of Naples.

182. Queen Hortense. (B769)
Adopted daughter of the Emperor Napoleon and of Josephine; wife of Louis Napoleon, brother
 of the Emperor and King of Holland.

 I saw a list somewhere of the five described as > Empress' Medal Mint Visit * Princess Elisa at Lucca * Princess Caroline-Bull of Gela * Princess Hortense * Princess Pauline-3 Graces.

 There are different versions of some of the names:
Caroline
Eliza (also Elisa)
Hortense
Marie-Louise (also Marie Louise)
Pauline (also Paoletta, Paolina, Paulina)

 Finally (for tonight) there is this listing ...
http://books.google.co.uk/books?id=1bpVAAAAcAAJ&pg=PA237&lpg=PA237&dq=Napoleonic+medals+Andrieu+Paulina+Greek&source=bl&ots=_65u-MT6wf&sig=sINknqJUbEwN_M6CoTHrUjY3bJ0&hl=en&sa=X&ei=gTZHU_irKezZ0QX9yoG4Bw&ved=0CF4Q6AEwBw#v=onepage&q=Napoleonic%20medals%20Andrieu%20Paulina%20Greek&f=false
 which looks like a scan of an old book that has descriptions of five of the medals, and in order is >
235 - L'Impératrice Marie-Louise
236 - La Princesse Elisa
237 - La Princesse Pauline
238 - La Reine de Naples (i.e. Caroline)
239 - La Reine Hortense
 Maybe there are only five then. I spent hours looking, and I realise I was not asked for so much info. !
