Packard token identification

I think this may be from the Packard electric company, or maybe the auto mfr. But I have no idea, It is in superb condition if it is old. Which I assume this would be old. Can anyone shed some light, such as date possibilities, company's, reason for making, etc. Thanks!

I don't sell my coins or tokens, unless I specifically buy to flip to buy more, but that is rare. But it will have a nice happy home in my treasure chest.

Any more info anyone can add is appreciated such as was this the electric company that supplied the first electricity to the area? etc.

I got 300 coins and a bunch of banknotes for $170.00 and got my money's  in silver, and in non silver coins, and now I am on to tokens. So $1.76 is what I paid for it, but essentially the guy paid me to take it hahaha.
