Hi,
They are not banknotes or legal currency. These are issues by
khadi gramodyog commission as hundi note that you can exchange for clothes made by KVIC.
These Khadi Hundi notes are relatively scarce but not sure of exact value.

That's correct. It's no legal tender but more like a token currency. you can only get Khadi clothes in exchange of these.
