Ottoman Empire-Egyptian ? Is it even a proper coin ?

At first I thought  identifying this 'coin' would be easy but it has me baffled. Weight is 13g and diameter is approx 34mm. Can anyone tell me what it is please ?
Thanks
Brian.
I think it might be a New Year's token...don't quote me on it.
The design looks very similar to this Egyptian qirsh:

Of course the weight and metal don't match up, but hopefully it is a useful clue.  At least I'm confident now that your coin is Egyptian.
Thanks for the replies.
There are elements of the "coin" that look like a proper coin and other bits( the two crossed scrolls are not tapered, only part date, goldy coloured surface wearing off etc) that just don't  fit for it to be a proper coin. I think it must be some type of token/charm/medallion etc.
Cheers
Brian.
In my opinion this coin is very simmilar to this : https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces34992.html

It is a (chinese) fake.
The forger did not know how to do the correct writing.
Even the thugra seems wrong.

How can this possibly be a counterfeit from China? It's a brass copy intended for jewelry.

looks like  " lucky" token -  imitation of gold 100 kurus ( Turkey/ottoman) , which  they used to put in  newborn child`s bed.
or...   just fake  stuff, which  are thousands in  local women dresses
