 I found this coin but I do not know anything about it. Can anybody help me?

Yes, it is. Mint in Constantinople (Istanbul). Could be a Para from Mahmud II AH1143-68 (1730-54 AD). Date is very worn. If you provide weight and higher resolution pictures, more could probably be said about it. The 1st picture should be turned 90 dergees CW, the 2nd - 180 degrees.

It is Constantinople
(In arabic written from right to left)
The date is indeed very worn.
I do not know if it is a regnal year on top of the coin.
The second line : El Gazhi (?)
The toughra might help to identify the ruler, but the picture is not clear

Now the date is a little bit more visible, and it looks like AH 1115 (1703 AD) which is the first year of reign of Ahmed III. The diameter corresponds to Para.
