NZ 1935 Sixpence - Grade and Valuation?

I'm excited about my new coin and wanted to get your opinion.  I'd say this coins is AU - 125 USD.  Am I off?

The pics are a bit fuzzy, but there looks to be a little wear on the ear and the shoulder and the brim of the crown.  I'd say XF and $75.

Thanks for the reply. In my experience translating US to EU grades XF maps to EF-AU55.  So if a coin is XF that would map up to a US AU55.

I found this coin PCGS rated AU55.  Could you tell me if you would grade this coin XF as well?  I'm still trying to fully understand the conversion!

Again hard to tell from the pics

I would suggest not quite good enough to be XF(although pictures are fuzzy) i would say  aXF- murray NZ
