Help for condition and value [opgelost]

I found this coin in a fair, it´s silver, i love ths coin!!!!
Anyone can help with condition and value, please?

This coins belongs to a set of 200 + 500 + 1000 Réis and was issued by the law from 21MAY1896 to comemorate "Fourth centenary of the discovery of the sea route to India(1498-1898)".
It is in superb condition (UNC) and its value is around 35 to 40 Euros.

The nicer ones sell for about $25 on ebay, though I didn't see one quite as nice as yours. I wouldn't be surprised if you could get $40 for it.

In this condition the coin will increase it's value? I know some of them were melted...

Here in Portugal, people informed me it worth not more than 10€..... i think it´s too low value.
