I discovered that there are two varietes of this coin.
One is something like proof( or prooflike) which is most popular,
and another one is non-proof. Common Copper-Nickel coin
the so-called "proof " one has a dot afte last O in F.A.O., while the normal coin have dots only after F. and A.. but not after last O in FAO
