The white dirt on the coin/token/medal/seal is an indicator that it is a replica/fake

Thanks guys for your replies ! I dont know which metal is that, I have never seen this type of coin before. What is really unusual is that this piece is very light - my estimation is 3-4 grams, while it is very thick - 4mm. Diameter is 24 mm. The white dirt is normal sand, it is going down easily with wet towel. Whether it is fake or not, I dont know.

If this a fake, the model is a Bactrian coin.
But the style is not too bad (but not very nice) an the weight correspond to a drachm.
If my memory don't misleads me, I remember that there was bactrian coins struck in lead.
