Arab gold finish coin/token? identification [opgelost]

Found this coin/token - 19mm diameter, weight is 1.1 grams with a gold finish.
Any help identifying please?  

Looks like turkish coin

Yes it's most likely a belly dancer token , might look like a gold mahmudiye or something like this.
