Victoria Dei Gratia - Token/coin identification.

need help with this one.
Obverse reads - VICTORIA DEI GRATIA
Reverse reads - BRITTANNIARUM REGINA FID: DE
Weight - 2.3grams, 20mm
Token or coin?

I'd guess that it's a gaming token, as it seems to be a very similar design to the crown and half crown. The obvious differences being the size and the metal.

But the main reason I'm thinking it's not an official coin is because "BRITTANNIARUM" has 2 T's, I thought it usually has only 1.

I'm not an expert in any kind of coins, but I reckon I'm good at research and will do my best to help. Feel free to tell me my identifications/valuations/gradings are wrong. It's the only way I'll learn.
has the looks of a half crown:

But it is correct, two T's is strange
Non est totum quod splendet ut aurum
Rijkdom bestaat niet uit het hebben van veel bezittingen, maar in het hebben van weinig behoeften
should I add it to Numista as a Token then?
Counter token probably issued in Germany, these tokens imitated real coinage but did not carry the same value, if any, as their larger counterparts
