Can some one identify this coin. I have 2 and one seems better shape than the other which probably could be over strike,

Old Coin which i posted earlier



Coin Copper / Wt -  4.67 gms / Dia 25.4 mm / Thickness - 1.35 mm

The new Coin i found now - same coin but  seems to be in better cpndition


This coin weight - 4.85 gms / diameter - 25.4 mm / Material copper

The second coin looks like an Afghanistan Paisa of Kandagar. I see only the first two digits of the year AH13?? Probably the first decade of the 20th century. KM #960.1

The first coin is the same, but overstruck on an Iranian coin. KM #960.2

2nd seems also been struck on an Iranian coin
the 13 may be regnal year?
