I am not sure for this one, but it can be a modern fake.
The chinese symbols are to crude.
You should test if it is silver

Not every Chinese coin is a fake. 10 cent coins are not usually faked, and this one may be legit, but the photo is too grainy. I have my doubts on this one but if you have images of the edge and/or better photos I can give you a verification.
