The first one is probably  1/12 anna British India, but any ideas as to the countermark?

 I guessed it was from India as I also have a coin with Victoria Empress on it ...

It only fits the diameter of 1/12 of an anna.  
I wonder if anyone has come across the "4" countermarks on such coins?

for the first one, you can probably tell by the size.
