This particular coin is the anonymous Class A2 follis which is attributed to Basil II and Constantine VII.  There are different versions of this coin based on the ornamentation that is found.  This particular coin that is in my collection is classified as A2-32.  Please use the ornamentation classification table to see if you can find the exact match of your coin, but I suspect it will be difficult:

At this condition, I would put a value of $20-$30 at most.    See, for instance, the following coin that is selling for $35 on vcoins.com...
