Guyana 1838 one stiver TN#1 or TN#2?

The description for TN#2 is that it's the same as the design for TN#1 but the branch is close to the ampersand in the legend.  Unfortunately I can't find pictures of both of them side by side so I don't know if this one is TN#1 or TN# 2.  Can anyone shed some light on this for me please?

Also a grade and valuation would be welcome.  I was thinking F since all the details are pretty good, but there is a worn spot on the edge.
Found another thread on this (scroll down for comparison pics):

Looks like yours is a TN2, since the top left-hand leaf points to the end of the E in the legend. On the TN1, the same leaf points nearer to the middle of the E, which positions the entire branch a little further away from the ampersand.

Thanks for that, so what's your opinion on grade and value?
F+ or VF
Really?  There is a flat part on the rim below the word "navigation" where the beading disappears altogether, I was thinking more along the lines of VG-F
I'm no grading expert by any means, but I would lean more towards VG/F as well. The figure and rim show some wear, although the legend is pretty sharp.
