Hi,
Has anybody else noticed that the referee for china empire is missing? Ihave put in a few submissions, and they were never validated. If this is so, then I would be willing to take the position.
What do you guys think?

Yeah i also added a coin a few months ago. Not confirmed yet.

That's up to Xavier only he can make you a referee so you need to address him directly although I don't know what his vacay status is this summer
