Tibet: 5 sho, 1947, km28 (some differences)

here is a documentation of 3 different km28 coins, but do they correspond to any of those indicated  in the numista catalog?



As usual I wonder WHY anything is accepted in the catalog without any proof, variety A, B and C? Who knows! I even wonder more, why proofs can NOT be incorporated later on the level of the year?
