Depends on what country you updated and what ... I had response times ranging from usually a couple of days to my longest over 2 months but the Numista rule was no longer then 20 days I think.
If the country has an inactive referee it can take quite a while. Because catalog mods can only get to the request after 10 days or so.
But if you have for example added a token of an obscure country it might take very long because nobody has knowledge about it or it gets burried under other stuff.

I'm already waiting for more than 3 months on a coin request for a Brazilian coin. The referee doesn't even open his mails.
