My swapper sent me letter with coins from South Africa!!!!

But since 22.08 it stay in SA post
the tracking status is "Dispatching abroad from Ukrainian exchange office"
Is it normal?

It is normal. South African Post Office is pathetic. Should have used DHL instead.
