Adding "new" years [opgelost]

I wanted to add some years for Japanese proof issues for some time. The problem is that they would have to go between the already existing years.
The question: Can i simply add them at the end of the year list and they will be sorted automaticly or do I have to transfere the existing years with all their information (which would have a high chance of adding mistakes)?

Then I can do at least the ones with open year lists, the older ones of showa would need to be done by someone with editing rights later.
