Chinese 1987 philatelic exhibition medal

Hi. I've just got two identical commemorative covers that include a "medal" in the cover. They aren't legal tender coins but I wondered whether I should enter them in the database (I cannot find the medal in the system but it could be there somewhere). If so what should I enter them as and under what country? I hope the text on the cover is legible in the photo. (One will be available to swap)
