CiteerHorse Coin (八龍之駿), Reverse: Hua Liu (驊騮), name of a legendary fine horse, 32mm, 1mm, 8.5g., Gilt, Northern Sung Dynasty (960-1127). SCARCE!

鎏金“八龍之駿”馬錢，背馬體穿口上下有行楷“驊騮”二字，馬首向左，“驊騮”是西周穆王八駿之一。馬錢，又稱打馬格錢，是流行於北宋的博戲工具，其鑄量少於正規行用錢，而白銅質者甚少，打馬格錢自宋之後逐漸消失，鎏金馬錢存世更稀罕。
