The first image really looks like 1253 even though that is impossible with this coin, unless your coin is not genuine. The last image is just about readable and is 1353 but there is nothing clear enough to judge any difference.

Can you upload a clear image of the whole coin?

I do not think they made this coin in 1253, so basically you are saying I have an error / unknown variety.

Why would someone waisted their time to make a fake or altered 1 Anna Hyderabad piece, the most it is worth is $20, and not many people collect it compare to other coinage from other countries.

Very strange, possible error coin not catalogued? It isn't the kind of coin you would expect to be fake, but anything is possible.
