Republic of Siena medieval coin ? [opgelost]

Hi

Can someone please confirm that this is a Siena coin ? Medieval Italian coins are not my area - please say if you suspect it might be something else so i can search in other areas.




Here is a similar coin i found:

But this one has 4 dots instead of 2 like on mine. Is this relevant ? I'm having trouble finding documentation about Siena republic coins ...

The 'S' looks like two fish, head together.
In that period a lot of variations exist, because they used several dies

And now the problem is ... none of those have 2 dots.
There's 2 flowers or 2 roses or 4 dots. (i have read the descriptions with the help of google translate) The coin in my picture clearly has 2 dots (they cannot be worn flowers or roses).
It would certainly help if anything from the inscription around the circle would be visible.
I have also looked through all the other pictures of coins on that PDF just in case there's something similar but didn't find anything.
So i guess i'm very close, but not there yet.

You should know that it is not a catalog, but the list of a collection.
I suppose that that collection did not have all the coins....

Well i don't think i can add it on numista like this... I guess I'll put this with the others not on numista due to incomplete or uncertain ID...
