Chinese cultural revolution bond

Hi, I have what I believe to be a Chinese cultural revolution bond. I was hoping that someone could tell me a bit more about it and if this is actually real and not a reproduction.

First of all, there is no province in China called Jinagsu. They might mean Jiangsu though. Jiangsu is the province where Shanghai is located.

Also, the name Lixuian is not a Chinese name either but there is a chemical factory in Changzhou called Lixuan.All these spelling errors on the certificate makes me very suspicious. I also haven't found any info about the bonds themselves, sorry.

Maybe some of our Chinese members knows more?
