Double Die on Italian 10 Centesimi 1894 BI ?

would like your opinion and advice on what seems to me a double die reverse, and obverse as well on this Italian 10 Centesimi 1894 BI. Thanks for all advice!

Thanks for your opinion! I am sorry, I am not clear on what you wrote, I fully understand what you write, the sharpening of the dies process, but what would be called the "phenomenon" I'm not calling it error, on this particular coin?
Would this be a double die, or machine doubling or what? Because to me looks like struck twice.

Looks doubled from the images, reverse seems stronger though to me.

Lovely coin, I am a sucker for pre 1900 Italian coinage.
