Can anyone help shed some light on these Australia Silver Bicentenary tokens?

They are catalogued on Numista here.

But I cant find a single one for sale anywhere?

Picked 11 of them up in a lot. 9 Sealed in Western Australia pouches and 2 loose.

Can anyone advice me to what they might be worth?

Many thanks for any help!
Maybe they were issued by the Western Australian government and distributed to school children, or at some kind of event similar to what the Australian Government did with a different medal at the time. Also I don't think they are worth a lot, probably only their silver value.

This is is all only a guess but to me it's currently the most plausible answer.
