I think it is a different coin

German states (Hesse-Cassel)
Year: 1823
Value: 1 Heller
Reference: KM# 575

and the coin in your link is KM# 576
with the difference of ...
KM# 575 [1822 23 24 25 27 28 29]
Obverse: Crowned WK monogram with one ring at left base of W
KM# 576 [1822 25 27 28 29 31]
Obverse: Crowned WK monogram with two rings at base of W

If all that is correct then there is currently no page on here for KM# 575


EDIT: Yes, yours is KM# 575 as there is no extra ring at the middle of the base of the W in your picture. I made some images ...
