i'would like you to help me grade this coin please!

IMHO it 's XF at least and maybe better. There is still luster around the reliefs even if it doesn't appear on the pictures.

let's have a look:

I would say a mid to high XF. I wouldn't grade it any higher.

I would say it is even AU.

@ dato: you description seems spot on! i thought in such a condition she might be worth 30-40€, does it seems correct to you? ( swapping is the point, not selling )
