Hello everyone

Here am I again, I need help with this Excellent coin I get.

Weight: 28, magnet test passed. Is it Silver or Cu-Ni? What's the value of it?

By the way I realized the photo of this coin doesn't exist here. If someone add it, I'd appreciate as I don't know how to do it.

That is the link to create a new page. As a beginner to that then perhaps have
a second window open on computer with a similar coin, then copy most
of the details.
Though if you want to add pictures to an existing page that has none,
then down the page click on the link near the end ...

Modify or add information about this coin

which I looked just now and I think it is this coin ...

Also there is a topic that shows how to edit pictures so only the
white background shows ...

and I show below how it works as I used PhotoScape just now on your first image

but cannot do the same for the second image as it is taken at an angle. :)

It's a copper-nickel coin, it doesn't exist in silver:

Usually nickel is magnetic but copper-nickel alloy loses this property.

Hi

it exists in silver, it's KM69a.
I would try the ice test. Simple, effective and no damage to your coin.

KM69a is listed on NGC with a value of $30 for 1991 and $60 for 1992.

I'm sorry, you're completely right. The silver coin is a page further in Krause so I overlooked it. I don't know why they're not after each other but that's another story.

Thanks all

i made the ice cube test and it not silver.
I believe the silver one should be a proof anyway hence the (pf60) attached to the grade for the KM 69A. Yours doesnt appear to be proof so Cu-Ni would seem to be the choice here.
Your image is definately a copper nickel coin.
