I was just adding the Chile 1 peso 1958 to the database when I saw the mintage was only 29,900 pieces (here on Numista as well as in Krause):

I bought that coin last weekend for only 0.50 euro so that mintage looked very strange to me. So I did some investigation. I can't see how many members have this coin in their collection but I saw there are 8 fellow members who have this coin in their swaplist. Very strange for such a low mintage.
Then I checked my previous editions of the Krause. It turned out that in the 80's and 90's, the mintage in Krause was not written in units but in thousands. So in those editions, the coin had a mintage of 29.900 which meant 29,900,000 pieces. When Krause changed the mintage from thousands to units, the mintage for the 1958 coin was mistakenly not converted and changed only from 29.900 to 29,900 instead of to 29,900,000
Change request is made.
