I think proof should be placed under the business strikes .
Like on the UK 1/2 penny George V Km# 837
1928 proof
1928 business strike
1929 business strike
1929 proof
1930 proof
1930 business strike

I think it would look a lot cleaner, and easier to read this way
1928 business strike
1928 proof
1929 business strike
1929 proof
1930 business strike
1930 proof

It is, what it is, or is it.
I agree 100% with Daryl

Hi,

I prefer g00n's suggestion, but I suppose the coins are basically sorted in date order and it would be difficult to change that!

It would be a lot of work. They would need a admin assistance to move everyones coin to the right line. And that would be every catalog page.
Now on program, The 1928 business and proof coins have only around 23 lines (230-258)
The date is just add to the line so I think it can be in any order. (class=date>1928 nbsp)
But the issue would be moving peoples coins in their collection, to the right line.
It is, what it is, or is it.
Daryl,

I think that works with links, so that would not be a problem....

I know they need to move them if they put two dates together. The issue with UK 1 farthing Km# 753 as two proof lines. And to make one line they need admin assistance. To put all coins in the one date. But I think more about it I hope you are right.
It is, what it is, or is it.

I agree. It would look better.

I agree too (Daryl's proposal, not g00n's one, coins must be listed by date otherwise it will be a big mess).
Just to clarify - I do realise that my 'proposal' isn't really viable, that's why I put the smiley at the end.

I all honesty I would prefer the proofs on a page of their own, but I definitely think it should be ordered the way Daryl described.

I like this. This solution could be more acceptable by all.
