The 1 cent KM#490 2003-2012 non-magnetic. Then the 1 cent KM# 490a 2003-2012 magnetic, are separated.
But the 1 cent KM# 445 2002 golden Jubilee has both non-magnetic and magnetic under the same KM number.
I don't have an up to date catalog, and don't see a different KM number for the two on the web. Am I missing something? Should one be KM# 445a?

Good question Daryl. Even in the latest edition there's no difference:
According to Krause (in contrast to the Numista catalog) they both are even made from the same alloy.
I only have the 2002P so I can't verify if there is a difference in alloy/magnetism between the 2002 and the 2002P. Do you have both to check the difference?
Anyway, even if they are different we can't give them another KM# number. These numbers are given by Krause and should be given by Krause only. If everybody is going to give KM# numbers of their own, it's going to be an incalculable mess.
I have both , and just rechecked. I have 2002 no mint mark non-magnetic. the 2002 P I have is magnetic. Just like are catalog. I wonder if this a Krause issue , or if I have a mule. I think this is a Krause issue.
A Charlton Standard Catalogue Canadian Coins Volume One , Numismatic Issues 2015, 69th Edition, W. K. Cross has two coins listed separately in both magnetic and non-magnetic sections:
