Help evaluating "grade" of 1/16 Thaler appreciated

I have this 1/16 Thaler i just entered into the numista catalog, and I would appreciate any advice as to the quality of this coin. I don't have a lot of these really old ones. This coin is listed as having a value of $33 in VG condition - and I guess this one is practically worthless?

The value of a coin is what you want to give for it.
Catalog prices are always much to high.
I like to coin, for his age, even with the damage.
