I agree it's a very strong Fine, or F+ as us sophisticated types pronounce it.
It's also one of the many occasions where I differ from the K&M value. If you were to put that coin on the Swap & Trades forum for $30 shipped, I reckon it would sell the same day. A beautifully preserved copper from a short lived series, British Empire..... and it's got Britannia on the back. What's not to like eh?
If anyone has any doubts about the NGC prices being far out take a look at the price they quote for an 1834 specimen in EF...... $25 !! This is why we call them "guides", they just can't replace knowledge, understanding of market fundamentals and common sense.

Ionian island coins are always in demand. If you want to truly understand try and pick up an oboli or 30 lepta for a decent price, I have all coins from there except the crude local one but They're not fantastic grades.. Maybe an idea to start improving here actually !
